Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Kepemimpinan Transformatif Anre Gurutta Ambo Dalle Dalam Pengembangan Lembaga Pendidikan Madrasah Arabiyah Islamiyah (MAI) Mangkoso Barru. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif, peneliti langsung ke lapangan dengan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, guna memperoleh data yang jelas dan representatif.

Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Bass dan Avolio, yang mengusulkan empat dimensi dalam kadar kepemimpinan transformasional, yaitu: pengaruh yang ideal (idealized influence), Motivasi inspiratif (inspirational motivation), stimulasi intelektual (intellectual stimulation), dan perhatian individu (individualized consideration).

Kepemimpinan transformatif ditunjukkan AGH. Abdurrahman Ambo Dalle yang bisa dijadikan teladan dalam bentuk karakter dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, kejujuran, keikhlasan, kewibawaan, ketawadhuan, kedermawanan, pengabdian, kealiman, keilmuan, dan kesufian dalam membangun lembaga pendidikan Islam. Bentuk kepemimpinan transformatif (kharismatik) yang ditunjukkan AGH. Abdurrahman Ambo Dalle, ditunjukkan dalam konsep ilmu, amal dan ikhlas yang dijalankan secara bersepadu membuat AGH.

Abdurrahman Ambo Dalle sukses dalam membangun dan mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan MAI mangkoso Barru. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak saja terkait dengan aspek pengembangan. Juga berkaitan dengan dukungan lingkungan dan begitu pula dengan adanya peran sosial pemimpin politik.

This study examines the Transformative Leadership of Anre Gurutta Ambo Dalle in the Development of the Mangkoso Barru Madrasah Arabiyah Islamiyah (MAI) Educational Institution. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive research, researchers go directly to the field through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, in order to obtain clear and representative data.

The results show that Transformational leadership in this study uses Bass and Avolio's theory, which proposes four dimensions in the level of transformational leadership, namely: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and attention. individual (individualized consideration).

Transformative leadership demonstrated by AGH. Abdurrahman Ambo Dalle who can be used as an example in the form of character in everyday life, honesty, sincerity, authority, trustworthiness, generosity, devotion, piety, scholarship, and mysticism in building Islamic educational institutions. AGH's form of transformative (charismatic) leadership. Abdurrahman Ambo Dalle, shown in the concepts of knowledge, charity and sincerity which are carried out in unison to make AGH.

Abdurrahman Ambo Dalle was successful in building and developing the MAI Mangkoso Barru educational institution. Research concludes that transformational leadership is not only related to developmental aspects. Also related to environmental support and so is the social role of political leaders.
